I find your symptoms really interesting.  I started experiencing the same kind of symptom (the tingling/buzzing, aching hips, etc.).  The part that I find interesting is that I went to both specialists here and at Mayo's and your type of diagnosis (enzyemes) was NEVER mentioned.  The areas that they looked at was MS, fibromyalgia, a small projection on my neck vertabrae that poked into my spine...  So that's why I am really interested in what they tell you.  I have had gasto problems all my life and am currently having problems with a hiatal hernia.  The tingling lasted from February 96 through about six months ago.  Then one day it just quit.  After about 18 months of it, I sure was relieved.  The tingling would sometimes get so bad, I didn't know if I could stand it.  I thought it seemed to be affected by what foods I ate, but the docs here and at mayo's looked at me like I was nuts when I brought it up!!!  I did have one other thing done about two weeks before the tingling stopped.  Someone told me about mercury fillings and how they cause reactions in some people.  I made an appt. with my dentist and found out that three days before the tingling started, I had the biggest filling in my mouth re-filled - using mercury.  So I thought that was pretty coincidental.  I asked him to remove it and I swear that the tingling went away a short time thereafter.  I can't say if it really had anything to do with it or not, but you might want to look into your dental charts just for the heck of it.  Now I have all new-age stuff put in for fillings.  No more mercury based fillings for me!  I would really be interested in hearing from you though, because that tingling is terrible.
