  I have gone ahead with the gallium scan.  I was injected with gallium on Monday and I had scans on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (today).  They also did a spec ? today.  A study in which the camera took pictures of my lung and liver area in a circular motion in order to have a conmputer simulate a three dimensional view.
  The gallium scan of my lungs is clear but my liver had quite a bit of uptake showing many granulomatous areas.  Any ideas?
