Side Effects of Pantoprazole - Interference with other tests

Hello,

I have been taking Pantoprazole for the past 8 months for erosive gastritis - have tried to stop taking the drug, but symptoms are too severe.

Recently have had some other medical tests and am wondering if Pantoprazole could affect their results - or if the results could be due to something else - results are compared between Nov last year and August/Sept this year and done by the same laboratory.

Fasting Glucose has dropped from 101 to 81, 2-hour OGTT with 75 g shows decrease in glucose with results: fasting - 89, 30 minutes - 85, 60 minutes - 100, 120 minutes - 83.
Cholesterol has increased from 134 to 146 with LDL increasing from 72 to 101 and HDL decreasing from 34 to 23.  Triglycerides also decreased from 130 to 88.
TSH decreased from 4.3 to 1.4.
There were more tests done, but no results yet.
In meantime I was diagnosed with PCOS, with classic symptoms, including galactohrea, LH - 19.7, FSH - 3.8 (normal should be 1:1 ratio).

If the pantoprazole could not have any impact on such results (as some strange side effect?) above and their change in such a short time (10 months) - is it possible that whatever the endocrine thing is is also contribute to the gastric problems?

Also, my diet is very low fat and low carbohydrate, I don't eat red meat and very rarely eat 'junk' food, usually exercise quite vigorously 6-10 hours a week. Have been losing weight by very close attention to diet and exercise - lost about 25 pounds in last 6 months - but I still need to lose about another 25.

Sorry the above is really technical but I have been trying to do some internet research and really can't find much.  Your comments would be appreciated.
