Side and back pain

Hello, approx 9 days ago i started exsperiencing occassional stabbing pains on my rt side.Since i have had;a cat scan, urine test, full blood work up and an ultra sound all came out clear. I am having alot of gas even though my diet is very balnd rt now.Sometimes the pain is on the left but not as bad ,and at times radiates to my back.I have NO blood in my urine or stool and im not vommitting.IT doesnt dubble me over but does cause me discomfort. Any advice?Also after i eat i have alot of "Gurggling" in my stomach and the pain seems to come more consitent.

I'm sorry you're experiencing stabbing right side pains.  Although the tests you've recieved are reassuring, they are not the best at looking at the gallbladder which could benefit from a HIDA scan, MRI or upper endoscopy EGD.

Hy about three years ago I had a somewhat nervous brake down very toxic time about a week later my hole body begain to itch from head to toe if I do not take an anti histimine every day it starts to feel like a burning sensaition I do have seasanal allergies,I just had a endoscopy they took a tissue sample to test for ceiliack des came up negative my billyrubins have been elivated fore about four years now on ocaition I get pain in my side and somtimes get heartburn and eritablebowl ,are there spesific tests that may shine some lite on this problim thanks

I think you are having subacute intestinal obstruction/ A CECT scan can be helpful.
