Slight Penis discomfort, and anus

i dont know if i have the right doctor on here, but okay maybe you can answer my question, i have been having penis dicomfort, and anus discomfort, i have no discharge, weird smell once in a while and sometimes i get small red pimple like things on my penis, they go away within 2 or 3 days, i have been to the doctor and i do not have gonorhea, hpv, chlamydia, i got tested once for herpes a while back but i still get no perfect answer, can you please help

Penile discomfort can be due to infection, and subsequent urine tests, such as a urinalysis, or a urethral swab should be done to definitively exclude the common STDs.  Blood tests can also be done to exclude herpes.

A prostatic massage can be done if the tests remain negative, and any prostate fluid can be sent for culture and/or analysis.  

Anal discomfort could be evaluated by a GI physician.  An anoscopy or endoscopy can be done to exclude a rectal, or colon cancer.

The Day it started

i was going to work on 4 feb 08 then i felt i needed to urinate, after urinating once i started to feel A burning sensation of not completely emptying the urge to urinate and frequent urinate. small amount of urine come out at a time.Then at work lunch time at 1:30pm i urinated frequenty, then i saw blood coming out of my penis and i felt pain when the blood come out, it was a burning string feeling. since then i have being feeling the same urge to urinate and if i get the URGE to pee it burns when i hold the urine.

after work me and brother got a taxi home cause i couldnt control myself by the way i was feeling the urge to urinate and burning feel discomfort in the penis when i got home i rushed to the toilets then i urinated little amounts over and over again, i had to stop myself to urinate  frequently.

I want to see the doctor then he took my urine samply. which he tested and told me i had Urinary tract infections. He give me some antibotics called trimethopim. i want back to my GP cause i kept on having the same feelings. He told me i did not have UTI but had blood in my urine.

I got tested for all the Sexually transmitted diseases which come back negaitve clear.The GPs send me for some X rays, utrosound on the kidenys  ect which comeback normal.

I went to GU and had some more tests as well which all come back negaitve

I saw another GP after all that who tested my urine and did a rectum on me then he told me that i had inflammation of the prostate gland prostatitis. I got given trimethopim antibotics for some weeks
these tablets did kind of help but did not finish the problems.Then after seening different GPs at the Crookhorn doctors for 3 month
I saw the first GP i saw the first time. He then refed me to the urology to see a specailst.

Now
when i drink water i cant hold on, i have to go and urinate,after i feel like i have not finished urinating and after. I sometimes drible after urinting and when i am holding on to the urine. I also go to the toilet couple of times before i go to bed.I dont drink water when i am traving because it gets worse, i feel that i need to pee and i feel burning when i don't go but i feel that they is urine in the penis and the burning continues. i have the discomfort in my penis it feel like they is urine inside the penis averytime.

Now i get the urge and the discomfort burning feeling every time in my penis with or not water in take. this is really affecting my life i cannot control these deases what ever it is. It really has stopped my life i cant go to work or  outside to do normall staff, I cant travel anyway without  feel this things please help me.  I am sweating in my anal area
