Strange Stools, Frequent Pain, New to me, Very confused and Concerned.

I have severe sharp pain in my lower abdomen below my belly-button and above my pubic bone.  I have maroon-colored loose stools, though it feels as though I am constipated.  I have very bad gas and gas pain.  I have a dull cramping ache when the pain is not sharp.  I have recently noticed white oval shapes in my feces and small black flecks.  Also, I have low energy, mild backache, mild headache and mild sore throat.  These symptoms have been present for about a week.  I am 30, female and had a child 5 months ago.  I am sleep deprived, but I eat very well.  I do not have my gallbladder any longer and I was at one time an alcoholic - 5 years ago.  I have had kidney stones in the past.  Can someone please shed some light - this is becoming very painful and causing quite a bit of concern.  Thank-you!

I hope that someone will recognize your symptoms, but in the meantime, I hope you will go to a good doctor (few & far between, I know), to help you get correctly diagnosed, and quickly treated! Good luck to you. Don't delay. Your symptoms sound like you should see a good doc very soon.
