There can be many causes of vaginal bleeding.

Severe liver disease (i.e. cirrhosis) can lead to clotting problems - however this possibility is less likely with a normal PT time.

Increased portal hypertension caused by liver disease can lead to hemorrhoids, which may be mistaken for vaginal bleeding.

I would ensure there are no GYN diseases present, like cervical or endometrial disease.  These options can be discussed with your gynecologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
