blunt abdominal trauma

hi, im 19 years old and last december i had a motorcycle accident which caused perforation in my small intestine.
i went through surgery where about 10 cm of my small intestine has been removed.
since then, i didnt have any further complications but there are 2 things i would like to know,
1: a few months after the surgery i noticed i get stomach aches after i eat certain things such as apples, pears, mango, corn and mostly food thats rich in fibers.
why is that and will it ever go away?
2: i noticed since june that i have a lower left testical, it hangs about 1 cm lower than the right one.
i feel very mild pain once in a while and it goes away after a couple of seconds and in general it doesnt bother me.
do i have any reason to be worried about?
in a general examintaion by a surgent no hernias or other related possible complications were found.
does it have anything to do with my abdominal trauma?
i would appreciate an answer,
Yinon,
Israel

first off you could have a ulcer even at your young age, and as for the testical hanging lower than the other and the presents of pain i would seek the advice of a doctor that is a specialest in the prostate and testical field if the surgeon was not a athority in that area i would not put full stock in the diagnoses. the other thing is you could have scar tisue build up from your previous surgery or it could be something totaly seprate that is why as for your stomach isues i would seek the advice of a gastro /digestive specialest they can run test like a upper scope and a colonoscopy to make sure there is not more dammage they may have missed the first time or something that may have developed sense then due to the trauma to your abdominal area. i hope this has helped .god bless

It's possible you have some scar tissue from your surgery that is hanging up some of the fibrous foods you eat and causing your pain. This is similar to what happens in people with diverticulosis, which is a condition where small pockets form (in the colon though) which trap certain foods and cause pain. You might want to get an upper GI with small bowel series (X-ray) to see if they can see what the problem is.

As for your testicle, it is perfectly normal for one to hang down lower than the other. But pain is NOT normal, so you should ask your doctor about that and possibly see a uroligist if it doesn't go away. The pain is most likely unrelated to your one testi being lower than the other.

Good luck.
