bowel problems and rotten stomach ache

I though I was familiar with every adjective and noun associated with stool but your e-mail stumped me.  What are black pips?  I wouldn't worry excessively about the wind and noise.  Most likely these symptoms and the abdominal pain reflect irritable bowel syndrome.  Try increasing the amount of finber in your diet.  If you do not observe improvment in symptoms, then you should see your doctor to have tests to exclude other possible causes for youer symptoms.
