burning pain right side under ribs, back, shoulder, right arm and right hand sli

   been going to doctors since  after my sons birth almost 3 years ago. same complaints: burning under right ribs (never goes away) right back discomfort between spince and scapula, right shoulder pain ( does come and go), right arm pain ( getting worse), recently right weakness when lifting even the coffee pot with water, sharp pain when lifting the kids recently on the right shoulder and arm.
    I am feeling like a hypocondriac, I can take pain, went back to work in one week after a c-section and 2 weeks after a normal birth. I have no gall stones according to the tests. The radiologist did tell me that my gall bladder only constricts 33%.
  I just had a suspicious mamogram (mammogram) and have to go back for another in 6 months.
   I have a soon to be 3 year old and soon to be 2 year old. I am completely supporting. I cant keep paying copays for another "i don't know". I cant keep missing work to get tests done, whats worse Is i am terrified it is cancer and i wont be remembered by my kids. I am 34 years old.
      thanks for your time. been to 3 doctors and still wondering what is wrong.

Dear Tami,
The pains and symptoms that you describe are unfortunately not specific for any particular disease or in other words many different conditions could cause your problem.  What is often required is a series of tests to evaluate each possibility, starting with the most serious.  I recognize your frustration but there is nothing else that can be done.
