Be aware that in the US there are no dangerous scorpions east of the Mississippi, and those of danger that are found in the southwest US will present with many obvious symptoms. The patient will be acutely ill, prior to any effect on the pancrease. I say this in case you are asking whether a scorpion may be responsible for the onset of pancreatitis in someone you know. The answer is %99.999999999999 not!
