chest pain

I have had chest pains for the past two months.(Im 47 year old male). I had an Angiogram which fould a 50% blockage in an artery on the right side of my heart. I'm still having pain in my chest sometimes it burns and other times it is a sharp pain. I have heard gurgling sounds so I informed my doctor and he told me it might be acid reflux.I've taken the medication he has given me but it does not seem to help.I was told by the paramedic who took me to the hospital, when I thought I was having a heart attack, that it sounded like gullbadder problems. I went through all the test for heart and was given a stress test(injection) and was told I was fine.I still have pain in the middle and left, right side of my chest.Never had this pain before.

Gallbladder pain would come on after eating fatty foods, and heart problems would possibly have other symptoms like shortness of breath. Just a longshot here, but is it possible your pain is some sort of chest wall injury? A little over a year ago I had a chest pain that seemed associated with swallowing, and I was even having night sweats for awhile. Turned out I had something called costochondritis, which is an inflammation of the cartilage in the chest. I never knew how I got it, at times it was very painful, and it lasted for several months. It eventually went away on its own.

Good luck.
