  Is a halftime emptying of 200 minutes considered mild, moderate or severe?

I assume that you are referring to gastric emptying half time of 200 min.  This value is prolonged.  Whether t it is mild, moderate or severe, depends on the nature of the material that is labeled by the isotope.  You should ask your physician the range of normal for the lab that did your study.  It is also worthy to remember that the severity of symptoms does not correlate ith the numeric value of half time emptying.
