  Thanks for your response...all blood work and CT scan came back WNL..MD says that i should do nothing further at this point, but "keep an eye on it" ...are there any further tests you would pursue at this point or not?

Dear Mel,
I would continue to monitor your alkaline phosphatase and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase levels. If you can switch some of the medications that you are taking that would give me an indication as to whether or not they are responsible for the elevation. I would also abstain from all alcohol and lose weight if you are overweight. If the above tests continue to be abnormal, I would consider further testing such as a liver biopsy or ERCP.
