elevated liver enzymes w/ fever and thrombocytosis

  : Have been battling with a fever, elevated liver enzymes, thrombocytosis, and elevated sed rate.  WBC was WNL.  
  : Have had numerous blood tests, which are all inconclusive. Have also had RUQ pain and nausea but sono of gall bladder are normal.
  : I am a health care professional but have no history of needle sticks or known exposure to hepatits or mono like syndromes.  I have had no jaundice at this time.
  : I am very tired all of the time and could sleep probably 20 out of 24 if I could.
  : I do not drink or do drugs and have no other risk factors of Hepatitis C(except of course being a health care professional)And was vaccinated for Hep B and titre came back resistent.
  : I hhave always been extremely careful about cleanliness and standard precaution issues.
  : I'm sorry I know that this is long but am tired of "messing around"  and would like something a little more conclusive as my doctor is not allowing me to work. (understandable but I'm going broke)
