endo and the colon and digestive track

I have been battleing endometritis for a long time. Four surgerys
and a hysterectomy also treatments with lupron in the past three years, along with many many test I still am having problems with my bowels and digestive track. I am on Librax and axid which helps I am able to keep food down and able to keep my weight stable. The doctors I see believe that the endo has damaged the right side of my colon agin and want to do a colonoscopy agin.
There is a bit of blood in my stool from time to time, I had a colonoscopy done about 10 mons ago for the same reasons as stated above. I do not want to have any more surgerys, what can be done besides surgery if the endo is doing more damage. Also I have had great pains in my lower right side hip, and lower right side of my back also bladder tugging and lower left side pain like tugging with bladder relief and bowel movements. Also with bowel movements I have prussure pain in the vaginal regain. Could there be a chance that the bladder and bowels have aheared to each other ?  Could the bowel aheare to the inside wall where the orgins were removed? And why such pain in the lower back like tugging and pulling all the time? Will the colonoscpy give these answers or will I need to have a surgery to veiw the inside of the pelvic regain? I can not find a doc that knows alot about endo that keeps coming back and I have had the very best doctors. Do you know of a doctor in Indianapolis the can cure me for good. I am 37 years old and have been sick and in strong pain for 5 years, I have two children and work and find it overcomeing at times to live like I am fine. I hope you can give me some insight into this problem. Also my mental health has been checked and I am quite normal, so the pains and other problems are very real.
