extreme fatty lever

after a blood test as an ovrall check,my leve enzimes were high.i visited a liver dotor.he asked me an ultrasound for my lever.the ultrasound pictures indcated an extremely fatty lever(and high uric acid number) and the doctor adviced me for immediate diet and some excerciseand glucophage 850.i started a diet depending on skinless boiled chiken,grilled fish and boiled rice with vegetables.i know what kind of food i have to avoid but my question is:what can i eat after avoiding beans,meat,carbohidrates,fried food and nuts(which i like too much)?and what is the most effective drug to eliminate the fats on my liver?am i exposed to an operation to solve this problem?

There are two major causes of fatty liver.  Alcohol use and obesity.  If you are drinking alcohol, I would abstain.  

If it is NASH (non-alcoholic steatohepatitis), lifestyle changes like exercise, weight loss and dietary changes, are recommended.  There is no specific medication that is inidicated in this case.  

A surgical procedure is not typically indicated in fatty liver cases.
