group of symptoms- didn't want gastro- not sure it's gastro

Hi, this is carmen, i'm 34 years old, and I have been suffering from a really odd mix of symptoms lately.
-i had a flare up on my left foot, red and itchy, mainly near the ball, but then shifted to the toes, extreme itching and burning
-itching right at base of left rib
-parotid gland swelled up big, and hurt to swallow, seemed infected, infection has gone away with antibiotics
-excessive phlegm and nasal drip
-hoarse voice
-dull pain beneath same rib cage that itches
what in the world could i be experiencing, any home remedies, i have gotten a cats scan of the neck which came out normal, and i am still worried about the overarching cause of all of this.

I don't think this is a GI-related question.

Phlegm and post-nasal drip can be caused by chronic sinusitis and allergies.  Obtaining a sinus CT scan can help as well as allergy testing.

The itchiness can be evaluated by a dermatologist.  Suspicious lesions or rashes should be biopsied.  

Regarding the parotid gland, if a cause cannot be found, a biopsy by an oral surgeon may be needed for a more definitive diagnosis.

to add, this is carmen again, not sure if i am doing this right, i'm new to the forum, i had my gall bladder removed about two years ago, in case that is helpful to know.
