hemochromatosis

i have had a-fib started at 42. elivated liver  on and off over 30 yrs. dubble h63y mutation now found at age 52 . joint pain common swelling and rash of hands and ancles with fatigue since puberty, undiagnosed iron 57% ferriton 670 starting flabodize 2 time ferriton droped to 570. ? is a-fib related to this. also have some left side nerve issue

Hemochromatosis can lead to a dilated cardiomyopathy as well as conduction abnormalities.  15 percent of hemochromatosis cases present with heart problems as an initial symptom.  Thus, it is possible that afib may be associated with the hemochromatosis.  

I'm not aware of any more afib therapy that needs to be done (other than the normal) because of the hemochromatosis.  Certainly things like rate/rhythm control as well as possible anticoagulation should be discussed with your cardiologist.
