high enzymes

my liver enzymes  alt and ast came up high in a blood test recently taken and am very concerned,does anyone know anything about any of this.my alt is 122 and ast is 64.anyone have any ideas what may be going on

I have had elevated enzymes and had an untrasound and cat scan.
What could be wrong?

My AST and ALT have both been elevated for a while; I was dx with fatty liver.  But I had my gall bladder out two months ago (acalculus cholecystitis - inflammation and no gallstones) and since then the AST is normal (25 - was 36) and the ALT is 44 (down from 66).  Do you have gall bladder problems?  Apparently for me the gall bladder seems to have been a big reason for my elevation.
