hypo,with high liver emzymes ( ggtp 362 )

    I i'm 48 years old with low blood sugar. lately i had a physical
  that reported alk. phosp. 337, ast 86, and ggtp 362. i went in
  because of air in the stomach during the night. could'nt sleep.
  sounds like anything you heard of, i would love to hear from you.
  they want to scope the liver. ouch.. ?? any help would be appreciated.

Your liver tests are abnormal.  The problem is either blockage of the bile ducts ( either within the liver or in the extrahepatic bile ducts) or in the liver cells i.e. cells are being destroyed.  I would start by doing an ultrasound of the liver and bile ducts.  If there are dilated ducts, then you will need am ERCP, an endoscopic study in which dye is injected into the bile and pancreatic ducts to look for possible causes of blockage.  If the ducts are not dilated, then you need a liver biopsy.
