im so confused

im so confused

Dear Sir
i am really so worried i had a problem of not empting my bowel for the last 10 yrs or so when i was in pakistan but since i moved abroad like 4-5 yrs ago this problem got much better and i infact gained 5-6 kgs of weight but for the last 1 month or so i am having discomfort in my adbdomin
my symptoms are
pain in the upper stomach that goes to the lower part of abdomin (abdomen) as well  this is a slight sharp  pain and is releived with release of wind and this same sort of sharp pain in the back that feels like travelling along with back bone upto shoulders
my appetite is ok n i have a lot of burping.I also some times feel like something like ants travelling on my body and sometimes my tongue gives a feeling of burning and some times areas around my ears feel like burning and hot
i had cross abdominal ultrasound which shows every thing normal.
i have stool testing which just showed a few C.H cysts   and no blood or mucus n 1-2 pus cells
i underwent liverfunctining test all normal n Hepatitus (hepatitis) A,B,C all negatives,
Amalyze test was also normal . i recently underwent for sigmoidoscopy which just showed a few small internal hemorrhoids.
So i am really worried that can it b symtoms (symptoms) of any sort of cancer although my doctor maintains it can not be.
i dont have any family  history of cancer of any sort n im 30 yrs old
and what tests u suggest me to follow..
i will look forword for ur reply.

You have had a pretty comprehensive evaluation thus far.

I would continue to investigate the upper GI system.  The ultrasound and normal liver/amylase testing would make liver, gallbladder and pancreatic disease less likely.  You can consider an upper GI series or upper endoscopy to look for ulcers, GERD or inflammation of the upper digestive tract.

The sigmoidoscopy would rule out many of the lower GI causes.  A colonoscopy can be considered for a more thorough evaluation.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician, or in conjunction with a gastroenterologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
