liver info

I think i have cirrhosis, why do i get all sorts or
growls in my upper and lover stomach area. Is this
possibly comeing from my liver. Real bad when i drink fluid.
My doctor of course says it nothing, but i know its from a
liver problem.

There are many other causes of the symptoms other than liver.  I would suggest evaluating the upper digestive tract with an upper GI series or upper endoscopy to evaluate for GERD, ulcers, or inflammation of the upper digestive tract.  

If the tests remain non-revealing, irritable bowel syndrome can be considered.  Treatment for this can be with anti-spasmodic agents.
