I think i have cirrhosis, I get dry mouth all the time
and over night it becomes unbearable. Is this a sign of
a liver problem and if so why. I drink plenty if not
to much fluids. No meds taken.

Dry mouth can be a sign of liver problems - however before attributing it to that, you can consider more common causes.  This can include chronic sinusitis, rheumatological disease, medication side effects etc.  

If there is concern about cirrhosis, a liver ultrasound as well as liver blood tests can be done.  The definitive diagnosis is made via a liver biopsy.
