Hollow Dr. I wrote you last week and they did the test with the tube on the rectom i dont know the name everything came good
no polyp now they want to do gastrosrpia test maybe i miss spell it, and you ask about my ferriten its only 4
my parietal cell ab came negative wbc 4.7 (4.8-10.8) rbc is good hb 11.7 (12-16) mch 23.8 (26-31) mchc 30.4 (33-36)
mcv 78.2 (80-97) hypo%  24.1 (0-10) iron 19 ( 37-145) transferrin 380 (200-360) my b12 was 112 low too  the ather test came good,
beside igm was 29 (40-230), if they dont find nothing in this test from the upper with the tube what ather test
you think they need to do with this result of my blood test what do you think i have and why the iron and the b12
is so low for many years i didnt eat meet or fish you think thats why, i realy want to have idea what i have or what you think i have,

A low ferritin can still be suggestive of iron deficiency.

I agree with the upper and lower endoscopy to exclude GI polyps or malignancy.  If the tests remain negative, you can consider a referral to a hematologist to exclude other causes of the low iron.  

Supplementation with oral iron supplements can be considered in the meantime.
