please i have been to all local dr.s they would like me to go to mayo clinic dont want to go.  im 48 100 lbs have had my gallbladder removed due to severe pain fever and stones large ones suffered for over a year with severe pain before finally going and having proceedure done. ah relief wrong now a year latter still in pain severe at times fever vomiting trouble breathing pain on left side under ribs. also what appears to be small stones in bowel movements. i really need someone to please please help i am a vegan have been for years the dr. has me taking nulev under tongue perscript. pepcid and levbid tramadol for pain.  my husband even had to call for emts to transport me to er after one nights pain and vomiting became so bad he couldnt get me up off the bathroom floor. where i was given a shot of morphine and something for vomiting pleas please help me.  anyone they just dont know whats going on here and yes ive had a colonoscopy and endoscope please help

One consideration would be Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, which can manifest as gallbladder-type pain after its removal.  The test to evaluate this would be an ERCP with Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction.

If this is present, surgery can be considered, as well as an endoscopic sphincterotomy.  There are some experimental cases such as Botox injections into the Sphincter that may be feasible.

In any case, I would agree with a referral to a major academic medical center (i.e. such as the Mayo) for further evaluation.
