post gallbladder surgery pain

I had gallbladder surgery 5 weeks ago, and now I am in more pain than ever.  About 5 days post-op I started having gallbladder attacks again, and they have continued until now they are almost constant with the pain getting severe about once or twice a day.  My gallbladder was inflammed and needed to come out, but what else could be wrong?  I have a low-grade fever off and on.  They were unable to do the dye test during surgery because my duct was so small that they were unable to get the catheter in.  My doc wants to do a ERCP.  What are the possible things that could be wrong and their respective treatment?  Thanks for any help and advice.
