"Loose Wrap" Fundoplication Surgery

I had the fundoplication surgery on the 5th of February of this year.  I went in for another endoscopic exam on Monday because all of my symptoms are back.  I was told that the wrap was loose.  When I had the surgery, my Mother asked the surgeon if there was anything I could do to undo the surgery and he said absolutely not.  I was under the assumption that it was a life time deal. How could this have happened?  What will they do?  I have an appointment with the surgeon (made by my gastro doctor) to discuss this.  I just want some idea of what to expect or questions that I should ask.  Pictures were taken at the time of the endoscopic and my doctor took them to the surgeon to show him.  Thanks for your help!
