reflux ? or somthing else ? (2)

hi
i have acough for 8 months now,it started when i was in the far east i started feeling apain in my chest and after aday i could not breath good or move my upper area ,so they gave me some pills that have also volteren inside and after afew days i was ok afew days after i startedto get abad cough that evolve into nose dripping etc (my tempeture was normal).
after 2 monts of taking large ammounts of anti biatocis etc
i mannaged to reduce the sympthoms to acough however the general feeling is like something is distrurbing in my throught and then i have to cough some times when i try not to cough i feel aterrible burn in my upper throut and i start to get teers and arunning nose and then i have to cough and its like this for 6 monts now (i used to have pain in the middle of my chest but not now). i started taking omeprzole 40 mg aday even after doctors made aph test in my throuat and find nothing and also inserted amsall tube to examine the inside and found nothing ,once iam on the pills i some times get relief but some times i get long periots of cough i tried antihistamins and its also gace me some times relief .
anew way iam not sure what i have and the doctors are not sure ether but now i am on losec-omeprzole 40 mg for aweek now and there is some times break in the coughs but the throat is bad most of the time does any one know what i have and if its reflux when does the pills start to effect and when they effect does it stopes my bad feeling in throat and does it make me feel nromal again? and if not is surgery solves the problem completely ?
and did it starts because of the cold i had in my chest?
and does my valve thats stopes the acid from getting back to my throat will it starts being fine again some times or it will be like this all the time .
