spasms/twitching near right rib cage

I am a 36 y/o F, 5'4" 125 lbs, healthy individual. I have been experiencing twitching/spasms for the past 4 days on the right side near/under where the right rib cage ends. If I press really hard near the area I can feel the twitching sensation. There is absolutly no pain associated with these spasms/twitches, other than just the annoyance of it. I have not noticed any changes in my digestion and/or bowel movements, no excess gas, etc. Everything I look up online discusses gall bladder and/ or liver problems, but each also attributes these spasms/twitches with pain, and I am not experiencing any pain. I don't want to be overly concerned due to the lack of any pain, however, I do not want to overlook something that could possibly be serious or leading to something serious. Ever hear of such symptoms with the LACK of pain?

Some tests can be considered to exclude a GI cause of the pain.  This can include an abdominal ultrasound, which can evaluate the liver and gallbladder, as well as an upper GI series or upper endoscopy that can look at the upper digestive tract.

If the gallbladder continues to be of concern, a HIDA scan with CCK stimulation can be considered to look at the gallbladder ejection fraction.

If the tests are negative, a GI cause is less likely, and further study should be directed to evaluate for a musculoskeletal possibility.
