10 days ago I had a relly bad bout of diaorrea and bleeding with excessive pain. I took some medication to dry it up and 2 days later I noticed a golf ball size of black sticky blob, blood I suspect. I have since had lots of wind and discomfort around the top part of my stomach. I also have an extended stomach which I have had for some time. Two years ago I took some medication, antibiotics, for a stomach ulcer. Have I anything to worry about?

Any time you have bleeding of the GI tract, there is cause for concern.  If you've had an ulcer in the past, you may have one now.  A bleeding ulcer can be very serious.  You need to see your doctor.

You need to see a doctor immediately. Black stool is a sure sign of upper gastro intestinal bleeding. This needs immediate medical attention because it can lead to serious complications including death. I had three such bouts 13 years ago. Each time I spent a few days in he hospital until the bleeding stopped.
Please, go and see your primary care ASAP andlet him knowthat you passsed black stool.

i agree with nycity you must go to the hospital now i'm not talking about making a appointment  i am saying go to the hospital now this is not a matter of trying to guess work or asking for opions go to the hospital now your life could very well depend on it. god bless and take this serious.
