throbbing neck pulse

Could anybody tell me why my neck pulse throbbs continously ? Only started 10 mths ago after getting some virus ? Was very weak with leg and arm weakness and heart palpitations.All tests negative! It just looks and feels strange.... Anybody ????

Do you have a back pain as well as the pain in the chest?
I also had a very dull pain in my upper chest area and
initially thought that I had a heart problem.  I went
through the blood test and EGK (?) and everything checked
out normal.  It turned out that I had inflamed nerve and
hyperextended muscle in the upper back and lower neck area
and the pain was radiating up to the neck and outward to the
heart, making it seem like the heart problem.  I am seeing
a acupuncture specialist and since then the pain has subsided
quite a bit.  According to the specialist, this problem
occurs commonly for folks who does spend much time with the
computer sitting down in the office. Also if you play tennis,
golf, ect without proper warm up excercise, this could happen.
