throwin up bile

i am 30 yrs old and i have cystic fibrosis. my health has always been ok even though i have cf. last year in nov. i had pain in my abdomin (abdomen) and it turned out i had bowel stuck in my abdomin (abdomen) and they were able to clean me out. ever since then i've had problems with my stomach. i was in the hospital a month ago and they did every test you can think of. gastric emptying test, ct scan, colonscopy, endoscopoy. the pain was so intense in the hosptial i had to have morphine. it hurts where the stomach starts all the way up to my throat. now i'm home cause the doctor cant figure out why i have such bad heartburn. he says that's all that it could be. i went out to dinner on sunday and it's tuesday and i have the pain again. i've been throwing up bile today and yesterday. i dont know what to do. what do you think this could be? am i just producing too much bile? is there a surgery for chronic heartburn? also i keep going to the bathroom. yesterday i went like 4 or 5 times just in the morning. by the end of the day it was almost diahrrea. thanks for you time.

I agree with the testing you had thus far, and many of the major GI diseases would have been ruled out already.

A 24-hr pH study can be done to conclusively rule out GERD.  More specialized tests like a gastric emptying scan and/or esophageal motility studies can also be done.  

Bile acid reflux can be considered.  Bile salt analysis in gastric juice, or radionuclide scanning are tests to consider if this is suspected.
