ugh!!!!!

hello, i'm back- please help!!

  I am still on antibiotics for my gallbladder, as the last resort to kill any infections, doesn't seem to be working but the gallbladder pain is not as severe. I now am having severe stomach cramping and nausea as well as alot of diarrea (diarrhea) and loose stools to the point of giving me hemmoroids (hemorrhoids), I also have pain and  burning with some spotting while urinating, could amoxicillan be causing another UTI  infection, and does the gallbladder have an affect on my stomach problems or could it be IBS.?   i really am tired of feeling this way and would love to have any advice or help in ths area.  I also don't have any insurance so any ideas on that would be great to!!!  Thankyou very much!!!
