    do still think it is more like the aspirin than the burn that is the culprit?  Sorry just kind of freaking and don't have health insurance so always have to pay out of pocket.  and curling ulcer won't be permanent damage ulcer

Hi,
This is due to aspirin only.
Only severe burns over a wider area of body which can cause loss of fluids and dehydration would increase the risk of Curling ulcer.
Curling ulcer does not cause permanent damage.
