writer seeks potential interviewees

I am a writer with Prevention/Rodale health books, publishers of
Prevention magazine.

I am helping to write a book titled "Real Life Health
Makeovers.'' The book will tell the stories of more than 40 people from
across the country, who suffer from various health conditions.

I am searching for potential candidates for a chapter on diverticulosis/diverticulitis. If you have  found SIGNIFICANT relief through complementary medicine and/or self-help strategies, please contact me at ***@****, and tell me the basics of your story.

If interviewed, you will be able to review the information
before publication, but we will need to use your name and city of
residence in the book.

We hope that through
this book, readers will know they are not alone and that hope and help are
available.

I would like to conduct my initial interviews with candidates by telephone -- this will take about 20 minutes --  by early to mid January.  Thank you.
