There are many reasons other than liver disease why a dry mouth can occur. This can include mouth breathing,
dehydration, medication side effects, or rheumatologic disease. I do not know the specific mechanism of how or why liver disease can
leadLead poisoning to a dry mouth.
I am not aware of soda or coffee leading to cirrhosis.
