Acidity and Belching

by Babloo42, Jul 05, 2009 10:58AM
Acute acid formation  and  sour-bitter oesophagal reflux fior the last 20 years. Ever since  started using Omiprozol/Rabiprozol first thing in the morning it keeps me comfortable for the next 24 hours. This is going on for the last 8 years or so, I can not afford to stop this medicine. The day I stop this medicine in next 36 hours I start getting acid in my mouth. Now I have acute belching problem which goes on for hours. It is more acute when I am lying on the bed, specially on my sides. Prepeated belching specially at night keeps me awake leading to insomnia and fatigue. All sorts of disepsia and antacid medicines have been tried. Food quality has been controlled.Water intake increased. But no effect. Constipation is quite frequent and very often I have to use glycerine suppositories to relieve my bowl. Any hope for the treatment ?
