Could be many things. It could be a food allergy. It could be gastritis. It could be ibs. without having tests run, it would be very hard to know what the cause is.
If you cant get to a dr, my suggestion would be to start taking probiotics and digestive enzymes. The enzymes you can take right before you eat. The probiotics take first thing in the morning, or at night before bed.
It could also help to have 6 small meals instead of 3 full meals per day. If your stomach is giving you problems with full meals, there is nothing wrong with just eating numerous snack sized meals throughout the day. Either way you will be getting the same amount of calorie intake. just spread out more and easier on your digestive system.
