when are you ok to do anything like housework or return back to work

depends did you have laproscopic or traditional surgery...I had a lap removal of gallbladder could do light housework in 3 days ..they always say not to vaccume for a while that really strains the abdomen ,,more than we realise.Listen to your body pain is the way of telling you your doing too much.

Your physician needs to advise you about work..it depends on your specific case and what type of job you have...
