severe diarrhea with weight loss

I have severe diarrhea with weight loss.  I have severe stomach cramps and bloating I often have to go to the emergency room in order to get something for the pain, but whats weird is that pain meds dont really help.  Muscle relaxers and something called lyrica is the only things that help with the stomach cramps.  I also have the diarrhea when I dont eat when my stomach is empty the diarrhea is green slime(gross I know) and my bottom gets so irritated.  Three weeks ago(5-5-2009) I was diag. with gastritis-reflux-and had a large pollyp removed.  Put on meds for reflux: nexium, gastritis: carafate, H-pilori: antibiotic, none of which has worked.  However a really strange thing did happen I have had these really ugly ridges in my fingernails for the last two years, but since the meds and pollyp removale the ridges have disappeared.  Another problem with my stomach, which doctors seem to think I'm making up is that whenever the top area of my stomach hurts, it hurts all the way through the back.  It feels like I'm being stabbed in the front and hit with a hammer in the back.  When the lower part of my stomach hurts, I feel it all the way through to my lower back.  It feels like pins and needles are poking me in my back and I feel flutters like when I felt when I first felt my children kick when I was pregnant.  Although a medication called lomotil completely stopped the back pain(?), it only slowed down the diarrhea.  I went from having six to ten watery or green slime stools to having three to six watery or green slime tools.  Doctor says I have had this since I was a child and I agree because I have had this problem for many many years and I refuse to drink anymore of those nasty gi cocktails.  I have several other symptoms that I dont know if this stomach problem is causing, mainly my entire flesh and deep tissue soreness.  My entire spine, every vertabra, is very sore and it has been this way for years.  Not sure if this is a response to the problems that I have had with my stomach, but I'm litterally starving, because I can't hold any food in my stomach.  I don't care about some big diag.  I just want suggestions on how to keep food in and I want to stop going so often!
