sternum pain

i woke up this morning not feeling well and keep getting a pain in my sternum every few seconds for a couple of minutes off and on it goes away for hours then comes back i had a sore throat the last couple of days that went away but it bothers me to swallow i barely ate today but ate a lot  yesterday i ate some waffles a bit ago and right after got two quick pains in the sternum like a bubble with a bit if a gurgle noise some times it hurts to my back i took some pepcid  this morning
