10 years after gallbladder removal

I had my gallbladder removed 10 years ago. I also have Ulcerative Colitis. In the last couple of months, I have experienced severe bile dumping within 15-30 minutes after eating anything. My last colonoscopy indicated the UC is only at a limited area of inflammation. (Quite good considering what it's been in the past) Could the bile dumping beome this severe even 10 years after surgery?

Topper it has happened in some years after GB removal. But you may want to consider checking with your doc to see if there could be changes to the common bile duct that may be contributing to the issue.
