2 hard spots.. feels like the triangle tip of each lung

Please help! I'm a 20 yr old male and have recently experienced severe stomach pain, that went form a terrible stomach ache to not being able to walk. Everytime I set a foot down the testical on that side felt like it got tapped with a little back scratcher.. no bueno. Since then I've felt as though my intestines or something in my stomach is enlarged. When I lay on my stomach to sleep it feels like my guts spill out into an area that they normally dont. Along with these issues, I've had lumps on both side of my body, underneath my rib cage. When they pretruded they were barely visible.. marble size and maybe an 1/8 of the marble sticking out. But when I stand up, lean back real far, and try to "scoop" underneath my ribs I feel a hard something. I'm not sure how to describe other than it's RIGHT below my rib.. like right after my hard bone it's this lump. If you lean back, run your hands down the middle of your chest following your rib cage.. the lumps are right where the slant of your rib cage is going to go completely horizontal. Your rib cage from the middle out- it slants downward at an angle.. and then it goes completely horizontal. So not quite on the side of your body. I'd say an inch towards the middle of your chest, from the middle of your side (underneath your armpit), just below your rib cage. Now that I continue to feel them.. It is RIGHT below my rib cage and is ovalish. It starts about an inch from the side of the side of my body and FOLLOWS my rib cage towards the side of my body, and then once i hit the side of my body and go towards the back side of my body I feel the lump and then I feel it protected by the backside of my ribcage.
The lump on the right side of my body feels bigger than the left one. Neither is painful.. but both are discomforting. I can now feel them when I never have before.

Please help!
