20cm enlarged liver with right sided pain

I have been having upper right sided pain with bloating for almost a year  I have had numberous blood tests ct scans colonoscopy, egd, hida scan ,ultrasounds.  it did show my liver was enlarged to 20cm and i had some cholesterol build up on my abdominal aorta  but liver function tests come back normal, and my cholestrol levels were all normal except my good cholesterol was low. gi has put be on fish oil 1 gram 3 times a day and bentyl. but i am extremely worried  what could be causing this, the pain i have is a constant pain  but more like an ache it has reaaly disrupted my life since i also have just general not feeling welll, my hidascan came back at 46 percent  if anyone has any ideas  please help   thank you and god bless
