About the
colorectalColon cancer
Colorectal polyps cancer - it would be unlikely at age 27. However, the
colonoscopy would be the best test to evaluate this. If this is negative, then it can be safely assumed that cancer isn't present.
With a negative upper and pending lower endoscopy, this is a pretty thorough evaluation of the bowel. Combined with an ultrasound that shows a
fattyXanthoma liver, if there are no positive findings, it is unlikely that a major GI process is going on. An abdominal CT scan can be considered for further evaluation of your symptoms.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.

Stephen, you are describing classic yeast infection symptoms .
Try a google search, use the words healthy awareness then one of your symptoms each one has been discussed at length
look up my post on 12/4/03
Don't know how A yeast infection correlates . Yes yeast infection is real but is grossly misunderstood-- people are taking a real disease and twisting it for profit.
Stephen -- your story has many components-- as for IBS or something more serious-- since you are scheduled for a colonoscopy Monday -if it is negative - this should alleviate your fears -- at least where colon cancer is concerned. .
You should think about getting some psychiatric assistance to help you deal with your various issues.-- Congrats on your baby.
