2nd attack of stomach pain, yellow stools

I am a 44 year old female that spent 3 months last summer with panic attacks ,severe stomach pain and yellow stools. I had blood work, abdominal ultrasound, hida scan, gall bladder scan endoscopy and a colonoscopy. The  tests revealed polyps in the stomach and gallbladder. By Oct my stomach calmed down and my stools were normal. I thought it was gone. This January it all came back starting with yellow diarehha, stomach pain, chest pain, heaviness when I breathed and left sided discomfort below the ribs and constant anxiety. I have lost 10 lbs because Im just not that hungry. My gastro put me on Protonix and Carafate and did a liver function test which was fine. He assured me that the yellow stools were not pancreas related but how does he know? Having this for over 3 months has added to the anxiety because I have read that yellow stools plus weight loss  could be pancreas related. I see him next week and am still having the same symptoms having been on Protonix for a few weeks now. Should I ask for another dr in the practice ? Request certain tests be done again? This is really scaring me.
Thank You.
