It might be your life saver.
Continue on this current path and trust me, the prognosis
is much worse than your present experience, even if you think, it doesn't get any worse than this!
For the time being, I would eliminate ALL wheat and gluten
from your diet and also go sugar-free, low carb. And no artificial sugars either! Do this for a few weeks, before you attempt the full SDC. Be aware that gluten is in everything,
well almost everything! Shampoo, cosmetics, envelopes,
playdough, soups, condiments... and often listed as an ingredient with a... different name. There are dozens of
gluten aliases :(
Often dairy is cross-reactive with gluten, as 1/2 the people
with gluten sensitivity, also have a dairy sensitivity.
