3rd ERCP -dialated common bile duct

by ready2Balloverthis, Mar 10, 2009 03:59PM
I had my gallbladder out in 1995 and ten years later had 2 ERCP's to place stents and then a sphincterotomy , 2004, then 2005.  I am scheduled for my 3rd ERCP because of the same right upper quadrent pain.  I am really ready to be done with this reoccurring.  Could a stone be missed, or there be sludge built up?  I've had a endoscopy, MRCP and am diagnosed with dialated common bile duct AGAIN.  I am also Hep C in good health, eat well, work out.  Will this keep reoccurring?
