6 months of H Pylori

I've had H Pylori for almost 6 months now. I was put on a triple threat antibiotic for 2 weeks and when that didn't cure the H Pylori, I was put on a 10 pills a day regiment for another 2 weeks. However, I'm still having my regular symptoms and through the last week bloody stools have increased.
Is it possible H Pylori is still in my system and I need to take more antibiotics or could this be more?

I had  a sudden severe attack in the stomach, 2 weeks later tested positive for H-Pylori.  I am now taking Previpac. Not sure if this can be answered but my question is, was this something I could have picked up in Africa 2 months prior, or has it been sitting there for years? I had never had any GERD or acid reflux before.
Also, if I wanted to avoid the side affects of Prevacid could I take the Amoxacillin and Biaxan without it?
One side affect I had was my first "migraine", I was working with a client and had a vision cut and could not see the whole right side of a page to read, followed by a dull left temporal headache for 24 hours.
Last question, will this be gone forever once I finish the treatment?

You could have an antibiotic induces Clostridium difficile infection or aka "C-dif".  With taking all of the very powerful antibiotics all the good bacteria in your stomach are killed and this is when Clostridium flourishes! Be very careful. I too had H-pylori, for about 9 months in fact, it was terrible and treatment isn't much better! I found that eating a piece of toast and then taking my regimen of antibiotics then thirty mins later eating a cup of probiotic yogurt really helped. The side effects of the antibiotic were much less severe when I started the probiotic yogurt. Also, H pylori causes such severe irritation to your stomach lining that the bacteria itself could be completely eradicated but you could still be having symptoms just due to what your stomach has been through the past 6 months. I hope this helps, I know how you feel, it will get better though!

With you taking all that antibiotics, is it possible for you to check with your doctor if it is OK for you to take some probiotics ??? Usually antibiotics also kill the good bacteria which you need, and getting some of the good bacteria can help you get rid of your H Pylori. I hope this helps. God Bless !!!
